The guest space was fully functional but would get an overhaul before long. Like the master it includes a vaulted ceiling and an ensuite bath.

The only early upgrade was a grab bar. So many old people.
About a year after moving in we got to updating the guest bedroom starting with repainting the walls after Jesse had done a little touching up of some cracks in the drywall. We pulled out the carpet and Pam painted the walls.
After we tore up the carpet and screwed down the floors to reduce squeaks we decided the floor needed leveling to meet the vinyl plank flatness recommendations.
About a hundred pounds of concrete leveling compound later we were almost ready to start the floor.
The flooring had a pad but we put an extra pad down to increase comfort and mitigate any small irregularities.
Old Star Wars light fixtures coming down.
New lights installed and a good look at Pam's paint job. Yes the walls are high.
The guest room reassembled. Walls painted, floor down, new shoe molding and new track light heads.
