About
Born and raised in Buffalo, I spent 8 years doing remote sensing research at Calspan in Buffalo N.Y., before spending 37 years at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) teaching and doing research. My last four years at RIT I commuted from Buffalo where I had started retirement.
In retirement I took up stained glass work in addition to the woodworking I had done for years. This web site grew out of my interest in collecting some of my projects in one place. This includes the record of the many changes to the family cottage, the condo renovation Pam and I took on in retirement and some of my professional activities.
