Beach: Porch 1992-2003
The porch evolved over about a decade. It started in 1991 when we had Henry Tenden as our contractor once again pour the slab. But then the city informed us he hadn’t bothered with a permit so the building of a three season porch started in 1992. Later we would add thermopane windows, insulation, radiant floor heating and tile floors.
